Rubber performance The thermoplastic rubber is a kind of high-level synthetic rubber. It successfully overcomes some characteristics of vulcanized rubber, by combining the heat-resisting performance and low compression deformation of the rubber together with the easier processing thermoplastic.
The thermoplastic rubber process (casts, squeezes out or blow molding and so on) lowers material part costs. The use of thermoplastic rubber allows stricter tolerance, less defective products, and make full use of processing waste materials. |
